Safe Custody of Samples

The samples are kept separately for each superscribed tender and the official in charge shall be personally responsible for their safe custody
The samples are made available for technical scrutiny as and when required by the competent authority. They are also made available for approval of counter samples
The official in charge is personally responsible to see that the samples are not allowed to fall into unauthorized hands or tampered with in anyway
