Approval of Samples

As soon as competent authority approves a sample for purchase it should be signed by it with word “approved” over his signatures. In case the sample is approved by S.P.C. or Special Purchase Committee or High Powered Committee, the same shall be signed by all the members and the representative of Vigilance Department. This sample will then be called “Approved Sample”.
