- Annual rate contracts are also arranged for the supply of various items from time to time
- Tenders are published on Ist and 16th of every month in various National/ Local News papers
- Special/ short term tenders are however published in the news papers on other dates also
- Only the manufacturer or their authorized stockiest/ agents/dealers are entitled to quote
