Purchases of stores several crores of rupees are arranged by the Directorate within a financial year from time to time
Annual rate contracts are also arranged for the supply of various items from time to time
Tenders are published on Ist and 16th of every month in various National/ Local News papers
Special/ short term tenders are however published in the news papers on other dates also
Only the manufacturer or their authorized stockiest/ agents/dealers are entitled to quote
